Location: Quezon City
Full-Time Position
Salary: PHP 18,000 22,000
Qualifications
- Completed 40-hour COSH/BOSH Training
- With at least 1 year construction safety experience
- With 2 years overall relevant experience preferred
- Strong interest in safety management and willingness to learn and grow
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling reports and documentation
- Good communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Submit and accomplish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Safety Reports and permits
- Attend site Operations and Safety meetings
- Conduct Team Safety Talks and Safety Inductions for new operators on site
- Lead safety engagement initiatives such as Safety Alerts, Life-Saving Rules briefings, and toolbox talks
- Collect, analyze, and manage monthly/yearly safety data including Training Matrix, training hours, and file management
- Serve as point person on site and attend daily Operations Meetings
- Prepare internal documents such as Productivity reports and DTR
- Act as the appointed Competent Person on site
- Handle all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) related responsibilities
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
