We're hiring a Safety Officer III or IV for a full-time, on-site role in Central Luzon (confidential company).

What you'll do:
- Implement and promote safety programs, policies, and procedures aligned with DOLE and OSH standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Partner with site leaders and employees to drive proactive safety awareness and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety trainings, and emergency drills.
- Handle ad hoc safety or administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
What we're looking for:
- Safety Officer IV (SO4); or Safety Officer III (SO3) with at least 4 years of experience and readiness to step up.
- Strong working knowledge of DOLE/OSH regulations and on-site safety implementation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with different levels of the organization.
- Willing to work on-site in Central Luzon on a full-time basis.
