About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions. The role involves creating and modifying automated processes, analyzing and resolving robot issues, preparing documentation, and ensuring highquality delivery throughout the development lifecycle. This position also participates in requirements gathering, effort estimation, and evaluating enhancements for new or existing automation workflows. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and adherence to RPA best practices are essential to success in this role.
1. Strategy & Planning
- Support fellow developers in conceptualizing and designing new automation solutions.
- Participate in planning activities across the SDLC using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD principles, and automated deployment.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining automation requirements.
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of development, testing, and production environments.
- Understand user challenges and help develop proofofconcepts aligned with business needs.
2. Acquisition & Deployment
- Research emerging RPA capabilities, platform features, and best practices.
- Recommend, schedule, and implement enhancements or optimizations to existing bots.
3. Operational Management
- Develop, translate, and maintain RPA workflows according to design specifications.
- Conduct performance and functional testing for both new and existing automations.
- Perform detailed analysis of test results and implement necessary fixes or improvements.
- Prepare progress reports, metrics, and documentation for management and project teams.
- Support the creation and maintenance of enduser manuals and guidelines.
- Collaborate with RPA administrators to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- At least 2 years of experience applying automation to complex business processes.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Power Automate and AI Builder.
- Experience integrating automations across Azure services, AI/ML models, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, Power BI, APIs, and on-premise systems via connectors and gateways.
- Proficiency in Python, JSON, and XML.
- Experience modeling databases (RDBMS or open-source DBs) for automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
- Knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360 and VB macros is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft PL-500, PL-900
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced/Master RPA Professional (advantage)
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid setup onsite reporting required three times per week or as needed by the team.
- Standard work schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time).
