RPA Developer

We are looking for an RPA Developer that will focus on enhancing and developing automation solutions within the banking and financial services industry. The position is crucial for improving operational efficiency by leveraging Blue Prism software to automate processes, ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements and are effectively deployed across various environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Enhance existing automations to address process and system changes.
2. Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism software.
3. Maintain reusable components and adhere to development best practices.
4. Perform unit and integration testing, and support user testing.
5. Troubleshoot and fix defects identified during testing and post-deployment.
6. Assist with bot deployment to QA, UAT, and production environments.
7. Prepare RPA documentation from process analysis to closure.
8. Research new RPA features, tools, and automation best practices.

Required Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism software.
2. Experience with process analysis, design, and automation delivery and support.
3. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and other office productivity applications for Blue Prism interface.
4. Programming knowledge in C# and .Net framework.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with other RPA tools beyond Blue Prism.
2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
3. Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
