Job Description

We are looking for an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in both Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and process accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation solutions.
Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable bots following RPA development standards.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain bots in production environments.
Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process design documents, and support guides.
Ensure automation solutions comply with security, quality, and governance standards.
Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and continuous optimization of existing automations.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional experience in RPA development.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience using both Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
Strong knowledge of RPA development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Experience in bot development, debugging, exception handling, and production support.
Knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with applications such as web-based systems, desktop applications, Excel, and databases.
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and basic scripting is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
