Contract : 3 months

Work Location: GT Tower, Makati

Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday) 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Salary offers: UP TO Php 87,000 basic + 3,000 Non-Taxable Allowance (TBD)

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. The RPA Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality RPA applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities and create process documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver RPA solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and maintain RPA processes post-deployment, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Proficient in SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with process mapping and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
