We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that optimize and streamline business processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deliver high-quality RPA solutions. A strong understanding of business processes and excellent programming skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation.
- Design and document RPA solutions aligned with business objectives.
- RPA Development
- Develop and implement automation solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
- Write, test, and maintain efficient and scalable automation scripts.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for projects and workflows.
- Track tasks and stakeholder updates to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows for efficiency.
- Deployment & Support
- Support rollout across different markets, brands, and platforms.
- Maintain daily monitoring of service deliverables and prepare reports.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest RPA, AI/ML, and automation technologies.
- Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in software development or automation.
- 24 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Strong expertise in UiPath (workflow design, exception handling, data manipulation).
- Experience with OCR or document understanding.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) is a plus.
- UiPath certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly.
