Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 platform. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (A360)
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Develop, test, and deploy bots in Dev, UAT, and Production environments
- Handle bot scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Implement exception handling and logging mechanisms
- Perform bot performance optimization and maintenance
- Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams
- Follow RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Provide post-production support and meet SLA/TAT requirements
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360
- Experience in RPA lifecycle (Design Development Deployment Support)
- Knowledge of Core RPA concepts (Queues, Work Items, Credential Vault, Control Room)
- Experience with Bot Insight / Analytics
- Understanding of Exception handling & debugging
- Experience in Web & Desktop automation
- Good communication and documentation skills
