Lead, mentor, and oversee the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Analytics teams.
Champion a culture that embraces automation and analytics, driving data-informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Identify, prioritize, and implement automation initiatives within the organization.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of RPA from identification of process to be automated to matching and mapping, design, implementation and monitoring.
Track and evaluate the performance and impact of RPA implementations to ensure value realization.
Establish policies, procedures, controls in relation to the use of RPA.
Define metrics that will be used to monitor the performance and efficiency of F&A teams.
Serve as an independent oversight function to monitor adherence to established metrics and performance standards.
Use available data to identify opportunities for automation, and process and controls improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
57 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design, development, and implementation
Certification or formal training in RPA development (preferably UiPath)
Strong understanding of RPA architecture, best practices, and lifecycle management
Proven experience in data analytics, process analysis, and automation opportunity identification
Proficiency in at least one major RPA platform and its modules
