Agripacific Corporation (Rebisco Group of Food Companies) is looking for a Route To Market Manager!
What are the Roles and Responsibilities
Channel Management and Development
- Develops the company's Distribution and Availability by spearheading area mapping and developing an efficient and effective Route to Market strategy
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure all RTM initiatives are aligned and implemented
- Works with third party agencies (e.g., Manpower agencies, etc.) for the effective execution of trade plans and strategies
Performance Tracking
- Develops a robust monitoring system to track KPI/ RTM performance
- Ensures incremental revenues by managing growth of the assigned channel/ area/ business model and by increasing market shares
- Proposes relevant training programs based on gathered information
E- Commerce Integration
- Develops and intregrates E-Commerce initiatives of the company with Route to Market strategies
Food Safety
- Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
This could be for you if you're:
- A Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 5 years of experience as Route to Market lead and at least 3-5 years in Route to Market.
- With advance proficiency in Project Management, Area Mapping and Route to Market Strategy Development , MS Excel Skills, Client Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Management
- Willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig

- Ortigas, Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
