Assist in developing strategies for the disposal of ROPA, including auctions, sales, or leasing, to maximize financial recovery for the company.
Coordinate the sale or liquidation process, working with external partners such as auction houses, brokers, and legal advisors to facilitate asset disposal.
Ensure that all ROPA disposals are conducted in compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare sales agreements and contracts for ROPA transactions, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented and agreed upon by both parties.

Key Requirements
Educational Requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
