This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) specialist. The RPA specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline business processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing workflows, troubleshooting automation issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency. The individual will also oversee the maintenance of robotic systems and ensure their optimal performance as part of larger operational goals.

• Proficiency in Robotics and Robot operation to design and manage automated systems
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation and Automation techniques for workflow optimization
• Experience with Mechatronics and related fields to optimize robotic functionality
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with automation systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications in RPA tools are a plus
• Prior experience in RPA implementation or development is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
