JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to business units of Jardine Matheson (JML) by administrating transactional and rule-based activities including Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. We aim to deliver world-class services to our customers in a cost-efficient manner via process standardisation, application of state-of-the-art technologies and process simplification.

We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
• Develop process documentation and technical documentation for automated solutions.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues as they arise.
• Apply best practices in RPA development, ensuring security, scalability, and performance of automation workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are maintained.
• Continuously identify areas of improvement in automation processes and suggest enhancements.
• Work closely with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA with existing systems.
• Provide support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with process analysis and design, process mapping, and workflow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• RPA platform certifications (UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
• Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and database management (SQL).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in automation processes.
• Experience in deploying bots to cloud environments or orchestrators.
