Brief Description
- Oversee Risk Task Force Approvals: Provide comprehensive operational support for all risk task forcerelated approval processes.
- Deliver Moonshot Deal Advisory: Proactively engage with the top 1% of client deals pre-signing to offer white-glove risk support. This involves gathering use case details, assessing potential risks, evaluating terms of service supportability, and guiding high-risk deals through all required review processes while ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Manage Customer Solutions & Expansion: Oversee requests from Sales for new users requiring special risk treatment or existing users expanding into new markets. Manage the intake process and determine the feasibility of proposed changes.
- Facilitate Business Reviews: Prepare comprehensive agendas for weekly business review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales operations support role, ideally within a technology environment.
- Approval Process Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and navigating complex sales approval workflows.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in approval tracking tools, specifically Smartsheets and Jira.
- Salesforce Experience: Experience utilizing Salesforce Cases for robust reporting and analysis (beyond basic data entry).
- Process Management: Proven ability to own, manage, and optimize both manual and automated processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Sound business judgment, an ownership mindset, and experience thriving in lean, fast-paced, high-growth tech companies.
Skillsets / Hiring requirements
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of risk, legal, and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Coordination & Triage: Proven ability to coordinate and efficiently triage queries from busy Sales teams.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing Salesforce; Salesforce Case experience is considered a strong bonus.
- Operational Background: Familiarity with Sales Operations or Deal/Support Desk processes.
- Communication: Strong communication skills necessary for daily interaction with Sales teams.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within commercial, operational, and financial contexts.

- Manage Policy Exceptions Queue: Oversee and manage the queue for legal and credit risk review policy exceptions efficiently.
- Drive Follow-ups & Tracking: Track and ensure timely follow-up on all pending tasks and action items with team members.
- Proactive Risk Assessment (Moonshot Program): Proactively engage with high-value users to gather necessary case details and assess potential risks before they impact the deal cycle.
