Our Risk Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig as Risk Management Officers focusing on Credit Risk and Risk Data Analytics.

In this role, you will manage the bank's risk by monitoring risks, preparing reports for committees, and ensuring policy compliance. You'll develop risk management policies and frameworks, offer training and development for staff, and regularly assess compliance with regulations. Additionally, your focus will include enhancing customer experience by maintaining high service standards and implementing recognition programs for excellent service.

What the role will entail

• Assist the Chief Risk Officer in identifying, measuring, and managing the Banks risk within its defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems
• Promote a strong risk culture across the organization to enhance awareness and accountability
• Identify and analyze key risks and their underlying drivers across the Banks operations
• Continuously monitor risk exposures against established tolerances and report findings to relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate and update the Risk Management Framework regularly to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the Banks evolving risk profile

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Finance (including Accounting), Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant dis
• Relevant experience in risk management, model risk, or quantitative analysis within banking or financial services
• Experience in model development, validation, testing, and model risk management
