We're looking for a Risk Analyst who is eager to learn, proactive, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team managing both enterprise risks and insurance programs.
This role suits someone with 23 years of experience in risk, insurance, or related analytical work who wants to deepen their expertise by working closely with different teams across the organization.
You'll play a key role in improving how we identify, analyze, and report riskswhile gaining hands-on experience in applying risk management frameworks, supporting insurance operations, and enhancing business continuity and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key operational, financial, and strategic risks across the organization.
- Maintain and update the risk register, track mitigation plans, and prepare risk reports and dashboards for management review.
- Assist in insurance management activities, including policy documentation, claims processing, and exposure data consolidation.
- Contribute to business continuity and crisis management activities, including documentation, coordination during drills, and incident reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather, validate, and analyze information for risk assessments and insurance reviews.
- Apply structured risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO 2017, ISO 31000, NIST RMF or similar) to enhance analysis and reporting quality.
- Stay informed on emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory updates, sharing insights with the team to support informed decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related analytical function.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment concepts, frameworks, and insurance principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions and maintain attention to detail with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
