About The Role The Risk Analyst delivers and automates MIS and risk reports for the Business Risk division as per Service Level Agreement in support of their ROC and regulatory reporting requirements.
How You'll Contribute
- Prepares an integrated database from the various data sources of the bank using spreadsheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful information
- Collaborates with various Risk Management units through regular discussions to have a better understanding of the risk reporting requirements
- Documents the data processing and report preparation through a comprehensive manual
- Develops data processing programs and reporting tools using Python or other similar software to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative data
- Generates regular reports and computation of ECL calculation
- Understands the business unit supported to be able to perform initial review of the prepared reports and numbers and perform backup to other Risk Analysts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or College degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with technical proficiency regarding Data Science/Analytic/Mining, Risk Management, MIS, and ECL calculation
- Must be proficient working with data programming software/tools such as SAS, R, Python or other similar software to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative data
