Job Description & Summary

Professionals in Risk and Compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients by providing strategic advice and solutions. This role supports organizations in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and strengthening internal controls to effectively mitigate risks.

The position is part of Enterprise Risk Management, responsible for identifying and addressing risks that may impact business operations and objectives. The role involves developing strategies to manage risks in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise risk management projects
• Develop and implement risk assessment strategies
• Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks
• Guide teams through complex problem-solving scenarios
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Mentor and coach team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• CPA license

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO)
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and dashboarding skills
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
• Background in mentoring teams on Quality and ISMS processes
• Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma or automation initiatives
• Exposure to quality assurance and governance practices
