Responsibilities
- Code medical records (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) and review documentation & assign correct codes
- Collaborate with providers to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain records & follow guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any medical allied courses
- Active certification: CPC/CCS/CRC/COC
- 1+ year risk adjustment coding experience
