Job Description

The HR Reward Analytics Analyst supports the Rewards team in compensation analytics, reporting, and reward-related processes. This role helps maintain accurate reward data, supports market benchmarking activities, assists with dashboards and reporting, and contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives. The position also provides administrative and analytical support for reward programs and annual compensation cycles.

Accountabilities:

  • Support compensation market analysis and salary benchmarking activities.
  • Assist with participation in compensation surveys and analysis of reward data.
  • Help maintain accurate reward data, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Support annual reward cycles, compensation reviews, and reward-related projects.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics templates for reward partners and business leaders.
  • Assist in improving and streamlining reward processes and workflows.
  • Support data audits and ensure data integrity across reward systems.
  • Respond to routine reward inquiries through HR case management tools.
  • Maintain job architecture and support job grading updates.
  • Assist with process documentation and operational improvements.
  • Utilize HR systems, Excel, analytics tools, and AI-enabled technologies to improve reporting and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with reward partners and other stakeholders on analytics and reporting needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, compensation, rewards, analytics, HR operations, or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or HR systems is an advantage.
  • Exposure to compensation reviews, market benchmarking, or reward programs is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong learning agility and willingness to continuously improve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools in analytics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
