Analytics & Insights (Tableau)
- Visual Storytelling: Create and maintain executive-ready Tableau dashboards that translate disparate data points into actionable insights for the C-Suite and Board.
- Funnel Intelligence: Analyze pipeline conversion rates, rep productivity, and win/loss trends to uncover hidden improvement opportunities.
- Executive Presentation: Prepare the data narratives for monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), ensuring all data is vetted and strategically relevant.
Strategic Planning & Modeling
- Territory & Capacity Planning: Support territory management and annual operating planning through advanced data modeling and capacity analysis.
- Revenue Forecasting: Assist leadership in territory planning, performance analysis, and the development of predictive forecast models.
- Performance Benchmarking: Identify high-performing segments and reps to establish Success Blueprints for the broader team.
Advanced Metric Governance
- SaaS Metric Mastery: Act as the internal expert on SaaS-specific KPIs including ARR, NRR, Churn, LTV/CAC, and Pipeline Velocity.
- Reporting Adoption: Drive the adoption of BI tools across the GTM team, training leaders on how to use self-service dashboards for daily decision-making.
- Data Strategy: Partner with the Systems Architect to ensure the data being captured in the CRM is structured correctly for high-level BI output.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 46+ years of experience in a highly analytical Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Business Operations role.
- Visualization Mastery: Advanced, expert-level Tableau development skills with a robust portfolio demonstrating the ability to build sophisticated, executive-level analytics.
- SaaS Financial Acumen: Deep mastery of SaaS metrics and the ability to perform complex subscription-based financial modeling and cohort analysis.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and expert- level data modeling experience to support backend data structures.
- Systems Awareness: Familiarity with the Salesforce data model to understand how CRM inputs impact BI outputs.
- Modern Analytics: Experience leveraging AI-driven data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay) to enhance the depth of reporting and lead intelligence.
- Certifications: Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Data Analyst credentials.
