Revit BIM Modeler (HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical)

Our client is looking for skilled Revit BIM Modelers to support international healthcare projects. The role focuses on modeling and coordinating HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems for hospitals and medical facilities.
The ideal candidate will help deliver accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models that meet healthcare standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed Revit models for HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Produce coordinated layouts, shop drawings, and construction documents.
- Model specialized systems like medical gas, ventilation zones, and backup power.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Ensure models meet BIM standards, naming conventions, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and international teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 35 years of Revit MEP modeling experience.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital projects is a plus.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in Revit (MEP) and Navisworks; experience with BIM 360/ACC is preferred.
Preferred
- Exposure to international projects.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong building codes and healthcare standards.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
