Job Responsibilities:
- Execute architectural tasks with limited supervision
- Develop advanced architectural models, detailed documentation, and 3D visualizations with minimal supervision.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for assigned tasks, ensuring documentation meets technical and design standards.
- Enforce BIM standards on assigned project deliverables and guide Architect 1 and Junior Architects in compliance.
- Provide detailed progress updates and ensure deadlines for individual and team tasks are met.
- Take responsibility for complex project components, ensuring alignment with project objectives and design intent.
- Enforce BIM standards in all assigned tasks and assist others with advanced Revit solutions, ensuring compliance across project deliverables.
- Documentation and Quality Control: Ensure advanced documentation accuracy, producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct detailed quality control reviews of project deliverables to meet technical and design standards.
- Engage in teamwork, provide project progress updates.
Job Requirements:
- Education Requirements: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- License Required: Registered Architect
- Revit: At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Can interpret design intent and handle complex tasks
- Experience in documentation and working with consultants on large projects
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management tools
- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading client coordination meetings
