You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Supports architectural project execution through preparation of accurate construction documents using Revit and BIM systems.
- Assists in building and zoning code discussions, including research and clarification of interpretation under senior supervision.
- Contributes design ideas, research insights, and creative details during design meetings and internal reviews.
- Prepares and assists in delivering design and technical presentations to internal teams and external consultants.
- Develops construction drawings based on approved site plans, floor plans, schedules, and applicable codes.
- Coordinates preliminary site plans with senior architects to meet jurisdictional standards and project requirements.
- Reviews grading and drainage plans for general compliance and alignment with design intent.
- Manages access to architectural drawings and digital files, ensuring proper version control.
- Participates in weekly RFI and coordination meetings, providing technical input as required.
- Assists with site observations during construction and supports preparation of basic conformance reports.
- Supports responses to RFIs, submittals, and change orders in coordination with senior staff.
- Coordinates with consultants, engineers, surveyors, and local authorities as directed.
- Assists with quality control reviews, including checking consultant drawings prior to submission.
- Adheres strictly to company standards, QA/QC procedures, and project schedules.
Who are we looking for- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in project design roles, with flexibility to align level to experience if below senior threshold
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience using Revit for architectural design and documentation
- Demonstrated experience working with architectural firms or within real estate project environments
- Strong understanding of architectural project design processes and deliverables
- Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices
- Experience using Enscape for rendering, considered an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy in design outputs
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple design priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative and professional working style in cross‑functional environments
