Tender Home Health is seeking a Revenue Operations Marketer to directly impact company growth by:
- Generating high-quality, qualified leads
- Improving conversion rates across the sales funnel
- Enforcing sales process accountability
- Optimizing marketing ROI across all channels
This is not a traditional marketing role. This position has both lead generation performance and funnel efficiency—from first click to closed client.
You will work cross-functionally with sales and leadership to ensure that:
- Marketing produces the right leads
- Sales follows the right process
- The business achieves measurable revenue growth
Additionally, the role will require technical skills to maintain the agency website using WordPress.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

Marketing specific requirements
- Experience in lead generation + conversion funnels (3 years experience)
- Experience managing SEO (3 years experience)
- Experience with inorganic marketing techniques such as google ads, Facebook ads and Yelp (3 years experience)
- Experience with email marketing campaigns (3 years experience)
- Content creation for marketing (blogs, pictures, videos, infographics, etc.) (1 year experience)
Sales specific experience
- Lead management (1 year experience)
- CRM or pipeline tracking (even if basic)
- WordPress experience - Ability to maintain and update company website (3 years experience)
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills – excellent written and spoken skills
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (2 years experience)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Revenue Ops Marketer is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, maintaining and updating Tender's website, assisting managing sales leads, and creating content. Specific tasks include:
Marketing
- Own and achieve Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets
- Reduce ineligible and low-quality leads across all channels
- Manage and optimize:
- SEO (Google Search Console, keyword strategy)
- Paid Ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yelp)
- Referral platforms (AgingCare, Caring.com, etc.)
- Identify and eliminate:
- Irrelevant keywords driving bad calls
- Poor-performing campaigns and ad spend waste
- Implement conversion improvements:
- Landing page optimization
- Service qualifiers (e.g., Non-medical home care only)
- Pricing anchors to filter unqualified leads
- Develop and execute:
- Content strategy (blogs, ads, social media, video)
- Campaigns aligned with business priorities (hospital-to-home, fast-start care)
- Maintain and manage the full sales funnel:
- Leads → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Client
- Track and report weekly:
- Conversion rates at each stage
- Lead source performance (ROI by avenue)
- Funnel leakage points
- Ensure accurate lead attribution and tracking
- Identify trends impacting
- Lead quality
- Sales performance
- Implement continuous optimization and strategy
Website & Technical Execution
- Maintain and update company website (WordPress):

Salary starting at $875/month + commission
