Location: Remote (Philippines)
Rate: $1,800 - $2,200 USD/month
Role Type: Full-time Contractor
The Opportunity: Own the Engine, Not Just the Keys
Are you a HubSpot expert who is tired of just cleaning lists Do you want to be the strategic architect behind a high-growth US Cybersecurity company's revenue engine
This is a pivotal role under Lumen Partners. You will work as a dedicated, fully-integrated member of our client's teama leader in the Cybersecurity Training Awareness space.
We are looking for a Systems Thinker. You aren't just an admin who adds users; you are the person who understands how a lead becomes a deal, how a deal becomes a customer, and how to make those systems talk to each other without breaking.
The Role
You will serve as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. You will own the HubSpot instance and its connections to the broader tech stack (NetSuite, Zendesk, Stripe).
Your Mandate:
- Orchestrate the Marketing Engine (50%): This is your primary focus. Build robust lead scoring models, architect complex nurture automations, ensure ghosted leads are recycled automatically, and govern tracking (UTMs) so we know exactly what's working.
- Master Integrations & Workflow (35%): You are the builder and the fixer. Ensure data flows correctly between HubSpot and our other tools (NetSuite/Zendesk). You will manage the health of the platform, troubleshoot sync errors, and build set it and forget it automations that reduce manual work across the company. Note: You don't need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable using middleware (Zapier/Make) to build these bridges.
- Connect the Lifecycle (Sales & CS) (15%): You aren't just handing leads to Sales; you are ensuring the data flows all the way to Customer Success. You will build the handoff automations that trigger onboarding tasks, alert CS of renewals, and ensure customer data in HubSpot matches the reality in Zendesk/NetSuite.
Who You Are
- The Architect: You don't just build a workflow because someone asked. You ask Why and design a solution that scales across the entire customer journey.
- The Automator: You love building set it and forget it systems. Whether it's a lead routing rule or a renewal alert for the CS team, you build logic that reduces manual work.
- The Figure It Out Pro: Whether it's a new attribution report or a sticky integration error, you have the resourcefulness to research, build, and test a solution independently.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ Years Proven Experience: In a dedicated Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations role, with exposure to Sales or CS alignment.
- 3+ Years Deep HubSpot Mastery: Hands-on management of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Enterprise. You must be comfortable with complex Workflows, Custom Objects, and Reporting.
- Advanced Automation Logic: Proven ability to build multi-stage workflows (e.g., Nurture -> MQL -> SQL -> Customer -> Renewal).
- Integration Savvy: Comfortable mapping fields and building automations between systems using native integrations or iPaaS tools (Zapier, Make, Workato).
Nice-to-Have (The Bonus Points)
- Experience navigating HubSpot Developer Hub (creating private apps, managing API keys).
- Experience bridging Sales to Customer Success handoffs (e.g., onboarding triggers).
- Experience with NetSuite or Zendesk integrations.
- Ability to read/tweak basic HTML/CSS or JSON payloads (for troubleshooting).
Why Join
- Strategic Impact: You are not a ticket-taker. You are a partner to the Head of RevOps.
- Complex Challenge: Move beyond basic admin work and solve real Enterprise-grade logic problems.
- Stable Growth: Long-term role with a US-based leader in the cybersecurity space.
