A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will support the Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams by managing the deal approval process, ensuring contract compliance, optimizing pricing structures, and maintaining clean, accurate CRM data. You'll work across departments—Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal—to ensure operational excellence and support data-driven decision-making.

Your Day Could See You

Deal Desk Management (Primary Focus)

  • Reviewing and processing sales deals for pricing compliance and approval workflows
  • Collaborating with Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate accurate and timely deal execution
  • Managing and improving quote-to-cash workflows for efficiency and data integrity
  • Supporting contract documentation, approval tracking, and internal records

Revenue Operations Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Assisting in CRM data maintenance and hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Salesloft)
  • Supporting the creation of training materials, CRM documentation, and process recaps
  • Contributing to RevOps reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce and Google Sheets
  • Troubleshooting operational inefficiencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams

a Bit About You

  • At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM or CPQ tools
  • Experience with pricing approvals, contract review, and deal structuring
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is an advantage
