This is not a typical admin job. - HubSpot Ownership: You will be the expert for the entire platform, with a non-negotiable, deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub,Deal Pipelines, and Leads Objects.
- Technical Problem-Solving: You will serve as the final technical escalation, using your Developer-Lite skills (like APIs, Webhooks, and Operations Hub custom actions) to build workarounds and custom solutions.
- System Integration: You will manage the critical data flows between HubSpot and the broader tech stack.
Our Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Expert-level mastery of HubSpot Marketing Hub, with proven, hands-on experience in A/B testing, attribution models, and UTM governance.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub, specifically managing Deal Pipelines and Leads Objects.
- A Developer-Lite / FIOF mindset, with demonstrable experience using APIs, Webhooks, and HubSpot Operations Hub to solve complex problems.
- A 3-5+ year track record in a similar hands-on, technical RevOps or MOPs role.
Our Nice-to-Have Skills (Highly Preferred / Big Plus):
- Highly Preferred: Experience managing NetSuite (ERP) or Zendesk (Support) integrations.
- Highly Preferred: Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms like Celigo, Workato, or Make.
- Highly Preferred: Experience with HubSpot CPQ or a similar tool (e..g., Cacheflow).
- Big Plus: Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay) or RPA.
- Big Plus: Experience with the new HubSpot Agents (AI) tools.
