Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and reports.
• Optimize pricing across all distribution channels, including OTAs, brand websites, and GDS platforms.
• Manage inventory allocation and rate strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business performance.
• Conduct regular market analysis and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue management systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Management experience in the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels

Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, and channel management platforms

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions
