Position Summary:
The Revenue Manager role is critical to delivering high-touch revenue management expertise and exceptional client service to a portfolio of high-value customers. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing full-service revenue management offerings and is responsible for retaining, growing, and optimizing their book of business.
A successful Revenue Manager leverages industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong
communication skills to help clients define, execute, and achieve strategic pricing and inventory
objectives. This role offers ongoing opportunities for learning, experimentation, and cross-team
knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering expert revenue management guidance
- Lead recurring weekly revenue management meetings with assigned clients
- Communicate a clear strategic vision to clients focused on revenue growth and performance improvement
- Translate pricing and inventory strategies into actionable guidance for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular performance updates, including market share, segmentation, and channel metrics
- Analyze historical and current data to develop, implement, and refine revenue strategies
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and inventory strategies over time
- Maintain proficiency in revenue management systems, reporting tools, and property management platforms
- Drive revenue and market share growth through effective pricing, inventory controls, and channel mix management
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies across customer segments and distribution channels
- Ensure pricing reflects asset positioning relative to competitors and prevailing market conditions
- Monitor competitive pricing and assess the impact of pricing decisions on overall performance
- Conduct price elasticity and testing initiatives across varying market conditions and share insights
- Review weekly and monthly reports with clients, identifying opportunities aligned to future demand patterns
- Produce regular analytical reports that assess key drivers of performance and strategy

- Proactively identify peak and shoulder periods and recommend appropriate pricing or length-of- stay strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution partners to identify incremental revenue opportunities
- Manage inventory and pricing across owned, third-party, and online distribution channels

- Contribute to internal or client-facing training sessions and educational programs as requested
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of revenue management experience within vacation rental, hospitality, or a related industry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Hands-on experience with property management systems and revenue or analytics platforms
