Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Maximize revenue opportunities across multiple properties through hands-on management and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct revenue management for new and transitioning properties to ensure top-line performance.
  • Review pace and channel reports, identify opportunities, and recommend rates and promotions.
  • Coordinate revenue systems (Synxis, STR, OTA Insight) and train property staff.
  • Lead revenue meetings and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Create and manage rate plans, packages, and special offers across all platforms.
  • Monitor competition, analyze events, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Audit and maintain PMS and CRS systems for accuracy.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 5 years of proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-property revenue strategies and systems.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
  • Advanced financial management skills, including budget creation, expense control, and analysis of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale systems.
  • Skilled in revenue management tools such as Synxis, STR, OTA Insight, and other distribution platforms.
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and presentations.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of hotel front office operations, housekeeping, and accounting procedures.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques, inventory control, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze competitive reports (e.g., STR Report) and market trends to optimize revenue.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Strong people management skills, including scheduling, delegating, and building relationships across departments.
  • Comfortable leading revenue meetings and communicating strategies to cross-functional teams.
