Job Summary:
Perform random transactional sales audit. Review and analysis of submitted DSRs. Ensure that all daily branch revenue of international branches are accurately recorded to SAP and MYOB and deposited intact the following day. Attend to immediate resolution of any noted discrepancy and unidentified deductions from sales. Immediate assistance to origins on requirements for tax and licensing agencies involving sales report. Monitor AR - Freight Collect; where applicable.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Working experience - 1 year or more
- Knowledge in MYOB/SAP or any related Accounting Software is an advantage
- Knowledge of PAS/PRFS (IAS/IFRS)
- Knowledge of complete accounting cycle, closing of month-end and year-end
- Knowledge of basic internal controls
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and profiles
- Knowledge of Windows based office programs (Word, Excel, and others)
- Effective communication skills for accurate, concise and organized verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
