Retail Training Officer

The Retail Training Officer is responsible for the training and education of Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers under our Beauty Division. They are responsible for designing and executing training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols in accordance with the brand/s standards. They are accountable for training and motivation to ensure immediate and increased sales of their assigned brand/s.

Since this role will be working directly with our beloved beauty brands. We are looking for someone who preferably has a passion for make-up, skincare, and all things beauty.

Minimum Education:

• College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or any Business Administration or Business Management course

Minimum Work Experience:

• At least 2 years management experience or 2-4 years of relevant supervisory experience in training preferably in retail
