Job Description

The Role

As the Retail System Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for serving as the technical Subject Matter Expert for RCOD-owned systems, including ProcessMaker and the Loan Origination System. You will provide technical support ranging from issue detection and resolution to change management, Scrum participation, and UAT. In addition, you will manage a team of RSS Officers or Specialists, and lead process optimization and system changes based on concern trend analysis using RSS Ticketing Buddy reports.

How you'll contribute

  • Oversee daily operations of both specialist and officer teams, while managing the request backlog across supported systems to ensure proper resource allocation and effective business support.
  • Resolving issues affecting loans, and cards ProcessMaker and Loan Origination System system process.
  • Ensuring successful execution and testing of ProcessMaker and Loan Origination System enhancements for loans and cards process.
  • Identify process gaps and potential solutions from the RSS Ticketing Buddy trends and critical incidents and lead implementation of those solutions
  • Manage the implementation of business process changes as well as system changes and monitor their impact on business metrics.

What we're looking for

  • With 3–7 years of hands-on experience in technical and business support roles.
  • Has knowledge of programming languages and ETL tools such as SQL, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Must have knowledge of delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
  • With strong understanding of loans and cards processes, particularly within ProcessMaker and Loan Origination System environments.
  • With proven experience in process optimization that delivers positive value to the team and business.
  • Has project management experience, including managing projects and delivering expected business outcomes.
  • Has excellent communication skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders.
  • With knowledge and exposure to credit approval processes and loan origination systems.
