What You'll Be Doing:
Drive Store Performance
- Lead the team in achieving sales targets and business goals
- Monitor store performance and communicate clear objectives to the team
Manage Inventory & Stocks
- Ensure proper stock levels and minimize losses
- Coordinate with the Merchandising team to maximize product availability
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control
Ensure Great Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer loyalty
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment for customers and employees
Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain store standards and operational efficiency
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Promote teamwork and a positive work culture
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- With supervisory experience (any industry; retail is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work at SM Mall of Asia
