You serve as the go-to expert on our furniture brands, guiding customers through their design journey with style and confidence. With a strong eye for detail, trend awareness, and solid product knowledge, you ensure every client experience reflects the highest retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, demonstrating product knowledge, and catering to the unique needs of each client.
- Guide customers through their home design journey, assisting them in selecting the perfect furniture pieces to complement their spaces.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and market trends by participating in supplier training and monitoring competitor activity.
- Collaborate as part of a team to create a memorable in-store experiencefrom selling and quoting to merchandising and maintaining showroom displays.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales support, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively manage customer feedback, using insights to continually elevate service, sales processes, and overall retail standards.
- Provide on-site support for installations, deliveries, mock-ups, and design or architectural consultations when necessary.
- Stay ahead of trends by actively expanding your knowledge of industry developments, product innovations, and competitors.
- Adapt to daily challenges with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.
- Handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, delivering timely, competent, and professional responses.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- At least 1 year of experience or a strong interest in luxury retail and service.
- A high level of motivation and a strong customer service mindset.
- A target-driven attitude, with proven dedication to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in B2B sales and the ability to nurture and grow client relationships.
- A strong desire to develop professionally and grow within the company.
- Previous retail experience (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer engagement and sales.
