Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Metro Manila. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and prioritize customer service excellence. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, monitoring staff performance, and driving store sales while fostering an engaging and efficient retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Customer Service and a proven commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Proficient Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Store Management, including training and supervising staff and achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and prevent financial losses.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop strategies, and implement solutions for operational improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in retail operations, leadership roles, or customer-facing environments is preferred.
