Below Are The Responsibilities Of a RETAIL SALES OFFICER
- Capable of handling day-to-day administrative functions such as processing sales documents, monitoring inventory updates, preparing reports, and coordinating with dealers and internal teams, while ensuring that urgent and high-impact tasks are given priority.
- Skilled in organizing schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submission of reports and other program requirements related to Retail Sales Operations & Corporate Sales. Provides proactive support to the Retail Sales Team by anticipating needs, minimizing delays, and ensuring that all back-office requirements are completed on time to drive smooth sales operations.
- Capable in handling Retail Sales Operations & Corporate/Private Sales
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate with a 4-year degree
- Has atleast 4 years of experience in automotive sales
- Solid understanding of dealer and distributor sales processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a strong ability to create reports, presentations, and analysis to support sales operations.
- Familiar with other sales-related tools and processes.
- Capable in maintaining well-organized and accurate records of all sales transaction and documentation.
- Capable in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support overall sales performance.
- Capable to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and other departments to achieve shared goals
Working pattern and location:

Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Workdays: Monday - Friday
