Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Fully achieve core business indicators such as sales, distribution, and inventory health.
  • Systematically introduce new products to clients, develop and execute new product launch plans, effectively persuade clients to place orders, and accomplish new product distribution and sales targets.
  • Independently conduct offline client negotiations, contract signings, and payment follow-ups.
  • Regularly collect, track, and analyze PSI data (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) of key clients.
  • Based on PSI analysis, diagnose client business conditions, identify issues such as excessive inventory, slow turnover, and stockout risks.
  • Provide clients with customized inventory optimization suggestions, replenishment plans, and promotional solutions to proactively help them accelerate inventory turnover and enhance operational health.
  • Oversee daily basic operations and maintenance of assigned independent online stores.
  • Gather market competitor information, consumer feedback, and retail terminal insights, and report findings internally in a timely manner.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
    • At least 1 year of offline sales experience in the retail industry, with preference given to those with distributor or key retail account management experience.
    • Familiar with PSI or inventory management logic, with practical experience in business analysis using sales data and proposing improvement recommendations.
    • Strong structured presentation skills, capable of professionally introducing new products and business plans to client decision-makers.
    • Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, responsible, detail-oriented, steady character, and a team player.
    • Focused on achieving sales goals and optimizing key metrics.
