Responsible for the proper display, arrangement, replenishment, housekeeping and selling of storemerchandise.
Monitors the inventory of all items handled. Timely conducts physical inventory of items to check for under and/or over stocks.
Helps the department officers/Branch Head in analyzing suggested quantity of merchandise for reorder.
Ensures that all items in the selling area have the necessary DTI marks and barcodes for easier POS transactions and customer information.
Assists customers in determining the preferred purchase as well as explain to them each merchandise features, proper usage and maintenance. Practices suggestive selling to fill in customers requirements.
Conducts product demonstration to customers after payment to check the quality, making sure that it is functioning properly before release to customer.
Aids in the customer service department in handling return/exchange of merchandise.
Renders high impact customer service to all patrons making sure that they are satisfied and well taken care of.
Has in-depth knowledge of the existing promotions and sale activities in the store for
customer information.
Acts as Cashier-reliever during Cashers rest day and break schedules.
Job Requirements
at least 55 in height
College graduate or at least 2nd year college level.
With relative work experience from other retail companies, has product knowledge
Computer literate, good in written and oral communication, good listening skills
Pleasing personality, can work under pressure, keen to details and team-player
Good body-built and has the ability to carry at least 10 kilos
Willing to undergo training and adapt to changes in the branch assignment
