Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the mall's pre-opening marketing and branding strategy in line with construction and leasing timelines,
- Support leasing efforts through marketing materials, tenant briefings, and campaign coordination.
- Plan and execute milestone events, PR activities, and pre-opening campaigns to generate excitement and awareness.
- Manage digital presence, including social media, website content, and progress communications.
- Oversee on-site branding such as hoardings, signage, teaser installations, and experiential previews.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, and coordinate with agencies, vendors, and production partners.
- Act as the marketing liaison among internal teams, tenants, and external stakeholders.
