The Retail Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving the brand's commercial success by bridging marketing strategy with retail execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing, activation, and CRM programs that enhance brand visibility, elevate the in-store experience, and strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
Working closely with the Sales, CRM, and Retail Operations teams, the Retail Marketing Manager will propose, create, and execute communications plans across social media, digital, in-store activations, and press aligned with the brand's luxury positioning and approved by top management.
The ultimate objective is to build brand awareness, drive retail traffic and conversion, and nurture long-term customer relationships through data-driven, customer-centric marketing initiatives. This role will report to the Brand General Manager.
