Retail Manager

Job Description

1. Develop and execute channel and sell-out (SO) improvement plans in line with the company's channel development strategy.
2. Drive sales performance and operational excellence across retail channels, ensuring the achievement of key business and operational KPIs.
3. Analyze retail performance data and develop actionable strategies to improve channel efficiency and business results.
4. Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects with local teams to ensure effective execution and implementation.
5. Establish and continuously optimize standardized processes for retail store selection, evaluation, and operational improvement.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or channel management within the smartphone industry.
3. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English and the local language as working languages. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
5. Results-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
