Position Overview

The Retail Manager will lead Karofi's retail operations in the Philippines, driving sales-out performance while building and scaling a sustainable retail network. This role is responsible for retail operations excellence, new store setup, and commercial execution across company-owned stores, kiosks, and future retail channels.

Candidates from premium consumer durable or high-value consumer product industries such as home appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses, kitchen & bath, sanitary ware, automotive accessories, or similar retail chains are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Own retail sales-out performance and deliver monthly sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
Lead the operation of retail stores and kiosks, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and customer experience.
Develop retail operation standards, workforce planning, and operational processes to support business growth.
Monitor store productivity, conversion rate, ATV, traffic, inventory turnover, and other retail KPIs to continuously improve performance.
Drive merchandising excellence, visual merchandising, pricing strategy, promotional execution, and in-store customer journey.
Build, coach, and develop Store Leaders, PG teams, and frontline retail teams to improve sales capability and operational discipline.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Service, Customer Service team to maximize retail performance and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, asset management, and compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend action plans to accelerate retail growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail Operations, Area Management, Multi-Store Management, or Retail Expansion.
Proven track record in driving sales-out growth and improving retail productivity across multiple stores.
Strong experience in store setup, retail expansion, and new store opening projects.
Experience managing premium retail chains within consumer durables or high-value consumer products, such as: Home appliances, Consumer electronics, Furniture, Mattresses & home living, Kitchen & bath, Sanitary ware
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and mall operations.
Demonstrated ability to build retail systems, operational SOPs, and scalable retail processes.
Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Willing to travel across Metro Manila and provincial areas to support expansion projects.
Excellent English communication skills.
