What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion/apparel
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving sales growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
