Brand Management & Visibility: Developing strategies to strengthen brand identity, managing brand initiatives, and coordinating product launches
Dealer/Distributor Development: Managing relationships with dealers and distributors nationwide to ensure strong channel engagement and support
Sales Growth & Performance: Driving sales volume by monitoring dealer performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing retail strategies to meet targets
Channel Management: Expanding retail presence in major malls and electronic retail outlets, and overseeing the operational aspects of these stores
Market Intelligence: Analyzing competitor activity, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to identify new opportunities
Support System: Responsible for conducting performance evaluations, developing corrective action plans, and implementing training and activation programs to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the retail team
Minimum Requirements: (Qualifications required for the position)
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
Experience: 35 years (or more for senior roles) in retail store development, brand management, key account management, or business development. Proven background in consumer electronics, IT, or related industries
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Salesforce for data analysis
Leadership: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
