Retail Deployment Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Deployment / Project Management Professional to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful system deployments, effective stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement across our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective deployment strategies
• Manage deployment schedules, timelines, and resource allocation

Project & Risk Management

• Oversee deployment-related projects aligned with business objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks
• Conduct post-deployment reviews and drive continuous improvement

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during deployment phases
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, including progress, risks, and outcomes

Technical Oversight

• Ensure deployment processes follow best practices and change management standards
• Monitor system performance and stability post-deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules in a 24x7 operational environment
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical documentation (Flowcharts, DFDs, Component Diagrams)
• Knowledge of Unix and PostgreSQL

• Excellent communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
