SaladStop! Philippines.
Job Purpose
Ensure efficient store operation and maintain high productivity, quality and customer-service standard. Responsible for achieving the stores targets and profitability.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure that excellent service for both internal and external customers are achieved.
- Ensure the correct forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering.
- Ensure that proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients are followed.
- Appraise personnels performance; Provide needed coaching and mentoring
- Monitor man-hour usage (labor cost)
- Ensure that every shift is properly manned
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the store
- Coordinate the entire store operation, including front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house
- Analyze sales figures (sales performance matrix) and store reports
Job Qualifications
- College Graduate/Level preferably business/management course or any related to Food Preparation.
- Proven working experience as restaurant manager or related Managerial / Supervisory experience.
- Language skills - fluency in English (oral/written)
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Leadership skills
