About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Helpdesk, you will be responsible forproviding timely and effective support to staff and users regardingfacilities-related issues, including maintenance requests, repairs, and otherfacility-related concerns.
This includescoordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managingfacilities-related projects, vendors, work orders and purchase orders.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve facilities-related queries and issues via phone, email, and in-preson.
- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to resolve issues.
- Provide information and guidance on facilities policies, procedures, and services.
- Monitor and report on facilities-related issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, issues, and resolutions.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any related course
- Has at least 2 years of work experience as Facilities Helpdesk
- Has background in Facilities Management Operations
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and ticketing sytem
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
- Can start ASAP
