Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Quezon City. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth food and beverage service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, monitoring inventory, enforcing health and safety standards, and addressing customer feedback to improve the dining experience. The role also requires effective communication with team members and customers to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Hiring and training staff for food and beverage operations
  • Exceptional Communication skills for team coordination and guest interaction
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and operational best practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Proven track record in restaurant management or a related field
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
